I appreciated the hotel's proximity to Tower Hill station. The iPad control system in the room was convenient, it adjusted lights and blinds easily. The downstairs area was good. I found the staff helpful during check-in, they directed me to available rooms for early access.
The room was smaller than I expected. This impacted overall comfort. There was also a noticeable lack of adequate privacy within the bathroom area.

the location was perfect for sightseeing. i could easily access public transport from the hotel. the rooftop bar offered fine views of the surroundings. the self-service check-in kiosks sped up the arrival process a lot, i appreciated that.
The room felt a little small. For a longer stay, i think i might have needed more space. it was perfectly adequate for a few nights, though.

the digital experience was great the bed was very comfortable and the location was near the underground. the room was clean and had very cool facilities. the rooftop bar has amazing views. i loved the central control for lights and shades using an ipad. the staff were very kind.

The tube station was directly beside the hotel, it made travel easy. must do attractions were at walking distance. I could walk to tower bridge. the rooftop bar provided lovely views, i enjoyed it very much.
